TICKET INFO

How do I book tickets?

Easy – everything lives online at churchgeelong.com.au. Simply buy ahead of your gig and you’re in.

There’s no box office on-site, but if you’re feeling spontaneous and want to join on the night, just jump online at the door (if tickets are left). Door prices kick in from showtime.

Just a note – tickets purchased for Church will appear on your bank statement as ‘Geelong Performing Arts Centre Trust’. No worries – it’s still us!

When will I get my tickets?

The moment you book.

Tickets are emailed directly to you from tix@churchgeelong.com.au

Download the PDF or add it to your Apple or Google Wallet, then have it ready when you hit the door.

One thing to know: if your ticket is a resale and didn’t come from Church or an authorised seller, we can’t guarantee it’ll scan.

Need a hand? Email tix@churchgeelong.com.au and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

GETTING TO CHURCH

Where is Church located?

You’ll find us at 71 Ryrie Street, Geelong.

The entrance is down the laneway.

The best things usually are.

If you end up in Geelong Arts Centre, head to Level 1 and slip out into the courtyard.

Where can I park?

You’ll work it out.

Or if you can’t, head to:

geelongaustralia.com.au/parking

Give yourself a little extra time.

A lap or two of the city is practically a Geelong tradition.

Need accessible options?

Check the Geelong CBD Accessibility Map for nearby parking and amenities.

Where is the nearest train station?

Geelong Railway Station is your closest stop — about 10 minutes on foot.

Hop off, stretch your legs, follow the buzz, and you’ll be with us in no time.

AT THE VENUE

Will I be sitting or standing?

Church is generally a standing room venue, with seating available at selected events.

Unless noted otherwise, entry is general admission and spaces are unreserved.

Want your pick of the room? Get in early, grab a drink and settle in before the music starts.

Good nights start before the headliner takes the stage.

Are there any age restrictions?

All ages are welcome at Church but under 18s will need an adult in tow.

Bring valid ID — driver’s licence, passport, Keypass or Proof of Age card.

Photos and screenshots won’t cut it.

For the little ones: unless it’s a dedicated kids’ event, Church isn’t set up for under 5s, even with an adult.

Thanks for understanding — we want everyone to feel safe, comfortable, and in the right room.

Does Church serve food and drinks?

Absolutely! We’re fully licensed, with a bar pouring local favourites and serving light snacks.

If you need something more substantial, our neighbours in the precinct have you sorted before or after the show.

Just one small favour: No outside food or drinks please.

Do you take cash?

We’re a fully cashless venue — be ready to tap, swipe or go digital.

No cash is kept on the premises.

Left something behind?

It happens.

Please contact tix@churchgeelong.com.au with some information about your lost item and we’ll do our best to reunite you with it.

ACCESSIBILITY

Do you have accessible facilities at Church?

A good room should work for everyone. Here’s what you can expect:

Wheelchair access & toilets

We’re wheelchair accessible, with an onsite lift and a DDA-compliant toilet on Level 1 of the adjoining Geelong Arts Centre building.

Companion Cards

Companion Card holders are welcome here.

Please ensure you select the Companion Card ticket option when purchasing.

Seating requests

Most events are standing, but if that’s not workable for you, please reach out.

Book your ticket, then email tix@churchgeelong.com.au and we’ll do our best to set you up.

Drop-off / pick-up

There are convenient drop-off and pick-up locations along Ryrie Street.
