Born on a remote Western Australian farm in Esperance, indie-pop singer-songwriter Darcie Haven is swiftly cementing herself as the ultimate voice for millennial meltdown and Gen-Z heartbreak. Crafting songs that hit like an open journal, Darcie channels emotional isolation and personal chaos into a sound that is brutally honest, darkly playful, and devastatingly sincere – drawing comparisons to the likes of Holly Humberstone and Phoebe Bridgers.
Taught to sing by her mother and self-taught on guitar at age eleven, Darcie debuted with her 2022 single “I Wanna Be”. Since then, she has amassed over 650,000 YouTube views and 3.6 million TikTok likes, building a fanatical community dubbed the “Darciverse”.
Having shared stages with Banks, Vance Joy, DMA’s and Holy Holy, Darcie is executing a sonic metamorphosis with her 2026 single, “Wishbone”. Trading her traditional indie-pop for electronic flourishes and driving guitars, the track tackles the walk of shame and the war between pride and habit.
